With over 15 years in architecture and a Master’s from the University of Idaho, Facundo brings a rigorous, science-driven approach to high-performance and sustainable design. He leads early-stage design efforts at our firm, where his passion for passive strategies, energy modeling, and material efficiency shapes projects from day one.

Walker Noe
Project Engineer
Walker brings a comprehensive background in water and wastewater systems to our Engineering group. His journey in this field began with an enjoyment of natural water systems and a desire to understand the source and destination of our water resources.

Cassie Fulghum
Executive Assistant
Born in Minnesota but raised in Boise since she was just three months old, Cassie proudly considers herself an Idaho native. While earning her degree from Idaho State University, she began what became a 17-year career with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Idaho, where she served the last eight years as an Executive Assistant and Public Information Officer.
