Justin Schwartz is Owner and Founder at Regen, PLLC. where he manages and leads a design build firm. Justin is Principle Architect and Construction Manager and is an expert in high performance, sustainable design and construction. His prior experience as Founder of Retrolux, a local SaaS company and artistic director for ESL Vision, a lighting manufacturing company, highlights his diverse business experience and leverages his many talents. Justin has experience with historic projects and was project manager on the team that won a historic preservation award for the work on the King building in downtown Boise while at Hummel Architects. Justin is an accomplished designer and builder who recently completed the Gem Center for the Arts project which awarded Mayor’s Choice in Building Excellence from BOMA in 2018. Justin is also the designer and builder for the new rehearsal and performance space for the production company LED located in the Linen District in downtown Boise and completed in 2019. The Keith family residence completed in 2017 is a project that was designed by Justin and built with Flynner Homes. This home is set up to function as a passive house and the owners utility costs are minimal. Justin is an avid outdoor enthusiast and enjoys rock climbing, paddle sports, backpacking, snowshoeing, and fishing from Boise, ID.

Innovative engineering has been a passion of Tristian’s for 20 years. From the application of new technologies to the development of new equipment, he is dedicated to the improvement and advancement of the industries he serves.In 1999, Tristian earned his degree in Civil Engineering from Boise State University, with a special emphasis in Environmental Engineering. This field was a natural fit for him, since he spent much of his childhood outdoors in the Pacific Northwest, enjoying fishing, hiking, camping, and snow sports. Tristian currently holds professional engineering licenses in Oregon, Idaho, Washington, Texas, and Utah. He has worked on many civil, water reuse, wastewater collection, and wastewater treatment projects around the world, with over 20 years of public and private experience. When he’s not enjoying the outdoors, Tristian continues to develop regenerative innovations and alternatives to better our communities and environment.
Chris is a licensed Professional Engineer working on mechanical and electrical systems. Chris has over 10 years of experience working with large commercial and industrial customers on energy efficiency improvements. Chris holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and MBA fromBoise State University. He holds several energy-related certifications(CEM, GBE, LEED AP,CDSM, CMVP),is active in several engineering and energy trade associations(ie ASME, ASHRAESecretary, ISHE, USGBC), and has been FAA certified as a remote pilot (aka commercial drone pilot).Chris grew up in Twin Falls, Idaho and has since lived in several different places around the world including Switzerland, Princeton, and the Los Angeles area. He now lives in Meridian, with his teenage daughter. With her, he enjoys making music, building and flying drones, KravMaga and weapons training, camping, and messing around with various maker projects in the garage workshop.
