PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
              
An adaptive reuse of an old lighting warehouse and sales floor formally occupied by Alloway Lighting.  We were able to honor the previous use and industrial feel by preserving some of the old features such as columns and windows, while upgrading the mechanical and lighting to the modern day.  We eliminated a drop ceiling to expose the original higher ceilings and replaced the top glass of the windows which were blocked out with spandrel blanks to improve daylighting and enhance our lighting design.  Our cutting-edge lighting layout includes integrated LEDs in the walls, ceilings and floors.  This streamlined look enhances the quality of space while offering a range of lighting configurations to set mood and tone.  We are very pleased to support the arts in our community and are very pleased to be a part of this project.
